HEATHER HOESCH OLSEN
Growing up in Southern California, my favorite childhood memories were holiday celebrations, playing team sports, birthday parties & family trips. In high school, I worked at a bridal salon helping brides find the perfect dress. Then I attended Cal State Long Beach & earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies while working full time as an in house wedding coordinator at a luxury catering company. In a few short years, I was able to get an incredible amount of experience in weddings and events of all sizes, cultures and styles. That foundation formed my hospitality and process driven approach to planning and designing weddings. After 20 years & over 800 weddings, I still get excited to meet each couple, hear their story and dream up a day that celebrates their love in a way they will never forget.

I am passionate about celebrating life’s moments- from planning a dinner out with friends to celebrate a birthday, popping a bottle of champagne to celebrate a work win or checking out a new great restaurant. I find so much joy in gathering together & shared experiences. I enjoy date nights & golfing with my husband Jeff, weekend trips or wine tasting with friends, celebrating holidays & milestones with family. I love my people and time with them more than anything.
But most nights you could find me at home, with Jeff, curled up on the couch with our two cats- planning our next trip or watching our current show.
